Getting started is simple. You can seek a GP Mental Health Care Plan which may enable you to access the medicare rebate for sessions or you self refer. Alternatively, you can make contact via our ‘make contact’ section and we can connect to discuss your support needs.

Unlike other talk therapy, Blooming Bridge Therapy focuses on actionable resilience and skill building. As an endorsed Mental Health OT I don’t just discuss the struggle, I provide the "bridge" of practical tools, routines, sensory strategies, and cognitive frameworks, to help patients maintain their quality of life while undergoing fertility and parenthood related challenges

Currently I am offering appointments on Monday and Tuesday between 9am and 4pm.
Initially sessions will be conducted via tele-health however I am busy preparing my clinic room to offer face to face services in Kadina in the coming months.
